People Behind ‘4HappyU’
I am Carmen, the leading person behind the ‘4HappyU’. I am a psychologist specializing in positive psychology, a certified Happiness Life Coach and a general well-being enthusiast. I am obsessed with learning about health, meditation, mindfulness, happiness, and wellness and the path I have chosen allows me to pursue my passion – to help others live a happy life.
Of course, I couldn’t have created this website nor any of the products without my husband, Matic, who helped me turn my ideas into reality and share them with the world, with you.
We are both free-spirited individuals, determined to live a happy and fulfilling life. We are in love with travel, adventure, and making the world a better place.
We have both been studying spiritual leaders, such as Dalai Lama VIX and Desmond Tutu, and their books, the power of the mind, positive thinking, meditation, the science of well-being, and many other disciplines that are designed to help one live a happy life.
As our mission is to spread happiness to as many people as possible, we have decided to launch ‘4HappyU’ planners and journals designed to boost happiness and thus improve every area of your life. These products are just the beginning of our determined effort to help you and many others live a joyful life. Thus, the name ‘4HappyU’ came to life.
Our Why
We believe in a kind, united, and sustainable world, which is much more easily achievable if the majority of people on this planet of ours are happy.
Moreover, Dalai Lama XIV, who is without a doubt one of the wisest individuals currently living, claims with confidence that to be happy is the main purpose of life.
So, what better WHY to have than to help as many people as possible fulfill their main purpose, right?
